Service Integration
Although OpenPlan™ is built to be a single-source turnkey retirement plan program; we are capable of integrating our open architecture and plan administration platform with a variety of other “trusted advisors”.
Our objective is to deliver the most effective plan sponsor support package possible. We welcome inclusion of other advisors that aid in achieving that objective.
The OpenPlan™ retirement plan development methodology has two distinct phases. During the discovery phase we explore areas of consideration important to both the plan sponsor and plan participants. Typically we perform a Strategy Assessment, Plan Practices Audit and Participant Survey.
During the delivery phase we provide a detailed Implementation Report summarizing our discovery findings and with a focus on six critical components of successful retirement plans.
OpenPlan™ applies a multi-level disciplined methodology to the investment fund selection process. Our goal is to create meaningful investment diversification for plan participants across all primary asset classes.
We then conduct a comprehensive evaluation of current and comparative investment funds, utilizing “peer group” quantitative scoring based on eleven specific criteria (The fi360 Fiduciary Score). The fi360 Fiduciary Score® Breakdown then provides a peer percentile ranking of each investment against a set of due diligence criteria.
